Job Title : Web Project Manager

Work Mode : Hybrid

Hiring Mode: Contract to Hire

Location : Bengaluru,Hyderabad, Mumbai, Pune, delhi

Experience : 5 to 8 Years

Roles & Responsibilities::

Lead end-to-end delivery of web projects, including planning, requirement gathering, sprint management, and on-time deployment across Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platforms.
Coordinate with cross-functional teamsdevelopers, designers, QA, content, business stakeholdersto ensure smooth execution and delivery of web solutions.
Manage and optimize AEM-based websites, including component development, content workflows, digital asset management, and site enhancements.
Ensure domain-compliant web solutions by maintaining alignment with pharmaceutical/healthcare regulatory standards (GxP, HIPAA, GDPR, accessibility, etc.).
Translate business needs into technical specifications, user stories, and project plans while ensuring feasibility, scalability, and performance.
Monitor project progress, risks, and quality, providing timely updates, dashboards, documentation, and ensuring adherence to SLAs and timelines.
Drive continuous improvement by identifying gaps, enhancing processes, and implementing best practices in web development, AEM usage, and digital content management.
