Web Project Manager

As a Web Project Manager, you will be responsible for accomplishing web project objectives by establishing project scope, designing and delivering solutions, and leading team members. Your key responsibilities will include: - Establishing web project scope by studying strategic business drivers, discovering and validating business and technical requirements, obtaining input from subject-matter experts, and recommending changes to current business practices. - Working with clients to develop website architecture, wireframe, and complete design & user specification document for clients & developers. - Developing web solutions by formulating objectives, planning project life-cycle deliverables and resource availability, preparing installation and modification specifications, and leading the exploration, evaluation, and design of technical solutions. - Implementing web solutions by monitoring project progress, tracking action items, conducting design and implementation reviews, resolving issues, and coordinating requirements with interested departments. - Assuring quality web solutions by developing and completing test plans, maintaining project and technical documentation. - Accomplishing work requirements by orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching employees, following production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards, identifying work process improvements. - Meeting cost standards by monitoring expenses, implementing cost-saving actions. - Providing project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends. - Updating job knowledge by tracking technology and project management advances, participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, participating in professional organizations. - Accomplishing organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
