Web Project Manager

As a Web Project Manager at our company, located in Sector 63, Noida, you will play a crucial role in leading and overseeing web development projects. You will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and exceed client expectations. Your key responsibilities will include overseeing and managing a team of developers, designers, and coders to ensure the seamless execution of web projects. You will also be tasked with developing and maintaining project schedules, work assignments, status reports, budgets, and scope documentation. It will be essential to ensure timely project completion while adhering to resource limitations, client requirements, and company standards. You will need to establish and implement best practices, processes, and new technologies to improve operational efficiency. Maintaining clear and effective communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle will be critical. You should also be adaptable to evolving web technologies and industry trends to stay ahead in the digital landscape. To qualify for this role, you must have a minimum of 2 years of project management experience in a web development firm. A proven track record of successfully managing medium to large-scale web projects is essential. Strong technical understanding of web technologies such as PHP, Laravel, React, Node.js, Mongo DB, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Content Management Systems (CMS) is required. Additionally, exceptional team management, communication, and problem-solving skills are a must. Key attributes and skills that will contribute to your success in this role include a strong attention to detail, organizational skills, creativity, time management, strategic thinking, awareness of the latest web design trends and technologies, understanding of marketing concepts and digital strategies, proficiency in troubleshooting website functionality, performance, and compatibility issues, and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Leadership skills to guide and motivate a diverse team will also be vital. In addition to the core responsibilities, you will also be expected to manage technical support operations for web development projects with a primary focus on clients for National and International basis.
