Web Operations Associate

As a candidate for this position, your main responsibilities will include assisting with challenging user requests or issue escalations as needed. You will serve as the primary point of contact, aiming to build long-term relationships with users. Collaboration with the Operations team will be crucial to maintaining a healthy delivery pipeline and ensuring timely delivery of client requirements within the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA). Additionally, you will work closely with various departments to enhance business operations and communicate with the team to establish strategic operational goals. Your role will also involve making recommendations for improving business performance, monitoring website performance, and suggesting ways to enhance the user journey on the website. Acting as a liaison between users and internal teams, you will interact and coordinate with all departments working on the same account. It will be your responsibility to receive and respond to approvals and notifications, promptly resolving any issues faced by users and ensuring complaints are addressed in a timely manner. Keeping users updated through email, phone, and online presentations will also be part of your duties. In terms of requirements, you should possess the ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executives and C-level management.,
