Web Operations Associate

As a candidate for this position, your role overview will involve assisting with challenging user requests or issue escalations and serving as the primary point of contact to build long-term relationships with users. Collaboration with the Operations team will be crucial for maintaining a healthy delivery pipeline and ensuring timely delivery of client requirements within the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA). Furthermore, you will work closely with various departments to enhance business operations, establish strategic operational goals, and make recommendations for improving business performance. Monitoring website performance and suggesting ways to enhance the user journey on the website will also be part of your responsibilities. Acting as a liaison between users and internal teams, you will interact and coordinate with all departments working on the same account, receive and respond to approvals and notifications, promptly resolve any user issues, and ensure complaints are addressed in a timely manner. Keeping users updated through email, phone, and online presentations will be an essential aspect of your duties.
