This role requires a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and strategic thinking to ensure our web presence effectively supports business goals. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day website operations including content updates, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring. Collaborate with marketing, design, and development teams to execute website strategies and campaigns. Ensure website is aligned with brand guidelines, SEO best practices, and accessibility standards. Analyze site traffic and user behavior using tools like Google Analytics, and recommend improvements. Manage website CMS (e.g., WordPress, Adobe CMS) including plugins, themes, and user roles. Plan and implement website redesigns or migrations when necessary. Ensure website security and coordinate regular backups and updates. Manage relationships with external vendors or developers. Monitor and improve site speed, mobile responsiveness, and user experience.
