• Learning & Skill Development
• Understand company tech stack, frameworks, and tools.
• Complete assigned training modules on front-end/back-end development.
• Website Maintenance
• Assist in updating website content, banners, and layouts.
• Fix minor bugs and errors under supervision.
• Front-End Development
• Work on HTML, CSS, JavaScript for UI enhancements.
• Ensure responsive design across devices.
• Back-End Support
• Support in database connectivity, APIs, and server-side scripting.
• Debug and test backend functionalities.
• Testing & Debugging
• Test website features for errors, broken links, and performance.
• Report bugs and track resolution progress.
• Code Documentation
• Maintain proper documentation for code, modules, and updates.
• Follow version control practices (Git/GitHub).
• Collaboration with Design & SEO Teams
• Coordinate with designers for UI/UX improvements.
• Work with SEO team to implement SEO-friendly structures.
• Performance Optimization
• Assist in improving website loading speed and responsiveness.
• Learn techniques for caching, compression, and image optimization.
• Project Support
• Contribute to live or dummy projects as assigned.
• Support in integrating plugins, themes, or third-party tools.
• Innovation & Problem-Solving
• Suggest improvements in website functionality and user experience.
• Explore new technologies and share ideas with the team.
