Web Development Career Counselor (Only Female Candidate)

BIT – Baroda Institute of Technology - Vadodara, Gujarat

Are you passionate about the IT industry and love guiding others? BIT is looking for a Web Development Career Counselor to help students and professionals navigate their journey into Full Stack Development. You will act as the bridge between career aspirations and technical expertise.

Your Key Roles

• Expert Counseling: Guide students on the scope of Full Stack Development, including Frontend (React JS, HTML5/CSS3) and Backend (Node.js, PHP, or Python) technologies.
• Admission Conversion: Handle walk-ins and enquiries to meet monthly enrollment targets.
• Strategic Support: Lead a dedicated team that manages your calling and scheduling, so you can focus on high-impact counseling.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 1–3 years in EdTech, IT Recruitment, or Academic Counseling.
• Technical Literacy: You should know the "market demand" for languages like JavaScript, Python, C++, and PHP (No coding required).
• Education: B.E./B.Tech, BCA, MCA, or BSc (IT background preferred).
• Communication: Sharp, persuasive, and fluent in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.

• Salary: Best in the market + Heavy Performance Incentives.
• Support: No cold-calling; a separate team handles all backend coordination.
• Growth: Work directly with senior leadership to grow the Baroda branch.
• Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM | Monday – Saturday (Sunday Off).
