The Role

Web Developer

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain modern, responsive web applications using

  HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React

• Develop mobile-first, mobile-friendly web experiences with excellent usability across devices

• Collaborate with design teams to translate Figma/mockups into

  pixel-perfect UIs

• Develop high-performance

  admin/ops/internal tools

  and customer-facing websites
• Ensure

  cross-browser compatibility

  , accessibility, and responsiveness across devices.
• Integrate frontend with backend APIs and handle dynamic data rendering efficiently.
• Optimize sites for

  SEO, Core Web Vitals, and performance best practices

  .
• Write clean, maintainable code and participate in

  code reviews, CI/CD, and testing

What We’re Looking For

• 2–5+ years of experience in modern frontend development
• Strong command over

  HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)

  , and

  React.js

• Demonstrated experience in building

  scalable web products

  with fast load times and smooth interactions..
• Obsession with

  design fidelity and visual polish

  — pixel perfection is a must.
• Awareness of

  modern dev workflows

  , Git, bundlers (Vite/Webpack), and browser dev tools
• Familiarity with tools like

  Lovable, Cursor, Framer, Storybook

  , or other next-gen frontend platforms.
• Experience/understanding of building

  Progressive Web Apps (PWAs)

  for enhanced offline and app-like experiences is a plus
• Startup experience or working in 0→1 products is a huge plus.
