Web Developer

Role & responsibilities

Build and maintain websites and web applications using headless CMS systems (e.g., Strapi)

• Develop custom frontend interfaces and integrate them with CMS backends
• Design and implement API integrations with CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), marketing

tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Google Tag Manager), and other third-party services

• Collaborate with designers, marketers, and other developers to bring digital experiences to life
• Maintain clean, modular code and ensure technical documentation is up to date
• Optimize websites for speed, responsiveness, and SEO
• Monitor, debug, and resolve performance and integration issues
• Support CMS users with configuration, training, and troubleshooting
• Designing technical specifications for new features, programs and applications.
• Analysing and finding any impacts that that technical changes may have on business and

technical processes

• Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency
• Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software, libraries and environments
• Manage security and data protection settings
• Build features and applications with a mobile responsive design
• Write technical documentation

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong experience with modern JavaScript frameworks/libraries (e.g., React, Next.js)
• Hands-on experience with CMS platforms, ideally Strapi or similar (e.g., Contentful, Sanity,

Payload, WordPress as headless)

• Experience with RESTful and GraphQL APIs
• Demonstrated ability to integrate CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) and

marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Segment)

• Solid understanding of frontend technologies: HTML5, CSS3/SASS, JavaScript/TypeScript
• Familiarity with Git version control and CI/CD processes

• Understanding of SEO, performance optimization, and accessibility standards
• Experience with server-side rendering and static site generation (e.g., Next.js)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Vercel, Netlify)
• Exposure to analytics/event tracking tools and tag managers
• Knowledge of backend development (Node.js, and Nest.js using CQRS pattern)
