Web Developer (Hybrid)

Company Overview:

We are a fast-growing company seeking a skilled and motivated Web Developer to join our team in a hybrid role. The candidate should be passionate about web technologies, eager to learn, and capable of delivering clean, responsive, and user-friendly websites and web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain websites and web applications
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
• Convert UI/UX designs (Figma/PSD) into functional websites
• Ensure responsiveness, performance, and cross-browser compatibility
• Work on WordPress, custom CMS, or static/dynamic websites
• Troubleshoot and debug website issues as needed
• Collaborate with designers, content creators, and the digital marketing team
• Assist in deploying websites and managing hosting and domains

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap
• Knowledge of PHP, MySQL, and WordPress (customization & theme setup)
• Basic understanding of SEO-friendly development
• Familiarity with version control tools like Git (optional but preferred)
• Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines
• Understanding of responsive design and UI/UX principles

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field
• 0–2 years of relevant experience (internship/project experience is acceptable)
• Must have a portfolio of websites/projects developed
• Comfortable working in a hybrid work environment (office + remote)

Working Hours:

10:00 AM to 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Remote flexibility available as per task/project requirements
