Bluconnet Private Limited is currently seeking a talented and motivated Junior Web Developer to join our growing team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the design, coding, and improvement of our company's website and web applications, focusing on enhancing user experience and maintaining brand consistency.

Job Location: Metropolitan, Bypass Dhaba, Kolkata

Salary: ₹12,000 to ₹15,000 per month (Based on Last In-hand Salary)

Experience: Minimum 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities (Web Design & Development):

• Learn and apply fundamental web development languages and frameworks (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Support in ensuring websites are responsive and optimized for various devices and browsers.
• Debug and troubleshoot website issues.
• Assist in the design, coding, and modification of websites and web applications, from layout to function.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree (required) or Diploma in IT or B.Tech.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Web Design and Development, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP. (Candidates must explicitly mention these skills in their CV.)

Additional Skills:

• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
