Web Developer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Web Developer proficient in WordPress, Webflow, and modern AI-powered development workflows. The ideal candidate will leverage AI tools, no-code/low-code platforms, and automation frameworks to design, develop, and optimize high-performance websites for our fintech products and marketing initiatives. You should be comfortable working in fast-paced tech environments and using AI-first tools to speed up development, improve quality, and automate repetitive tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop responsive, high-performance websites and landing pages using

  WordPress, Webflow, and modern AI-based builders (Framer AI, Wix AI, etc.)

• Use

  AI-assisted coding tools like GitHub Copilot and Cursor

  to accelerate development, debugging, and documentation.
• Implement Webflow interactions, animations, CMS-driven pages, and workflow automation.
• Customize WordPress themes, plugins, and integrate APIs as needed.
• Build, automate, and streamline workflows using

  Zapier, Make (Integromat), and other automation platforms

  .
• Collaborate with design, content, product, and marketing teams to translate mockups into interactive and functional experiences.
• Ensure top-tier performance, mobile responsiveness, and browser compatibility.
• Conduct routine website maintenance, troubleshooting, updates, and security enhancementsespecially for fintech use cases.
• Optimize website speed, SEO fundamentals, schema, and overall technical health.
• Build conversion-focused campaign pages with the marketing team, leveraging AI tools for rapid iteration.
• Maintain clean version control practices using Git/GitHub.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

• Strong proficiency in

  WordPress

  (custom themes, plugins, Elementor, WPBakery, Gutenberg).
• Hands-on experience with

  Webflow

  (CMS, interactions, animations).
• Experience using

  AI-powered development tools

  such as:

GitHub Copilot

Cursor

Webflow AI features

Framer AI / Wix AI

• Solid knowledge of

  HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery

  , and responsive frameworks.
• Experience integrating

  APIs, third-party services, and automation tools

  (Zapier, Make, etc.).
• Understanding of SEO, technical optimization, and performance best practices.
• Familiarity with security practices relevant to fintech websites.
• Ability to handle multiple projects, deadlines, and agile workflows.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in

  fintech, SaaS, or technology-driven platforms

• Knowledge of analytics and tracking tools (Google Analytics, GA4, Tag Manager, Hotjar, etc.).
• Basic understanding of UI/UX and ability to collaborate with designers.
• Experience with

  version control (Git/GitHub)

  and CI/CD workflows.
• Prior experience using no-code tools (Airtable, Notion, Softr, Bubble) is a plus.
