Shine Dezign is a fast-growing digital solutions company, passionate about crafting clean, modern, and functional web experiences. We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer with solid experience in HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap to join our design and development team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and build responsive and pixel-perfect web pages using HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap.
• Work closely with UI/UX designers, frontend developers, and backend teams to convert designs into functional code.
• Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.
• Optimize designs for performance, speed, and SEO.
• Maintain and update existing websites with best practices in coding and design.
• Follow modern design trends and maintain high standards of web aesthetics.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 1.5 to 2 years of hands-on experience in HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap.
• Strong understanding of responsive web design principles.
• Experience working with JavaScript and jQuery for basic interactivity.
• Good sense of design, layout, and typography.
• Familiarity with Adobe XD, Figma, or similar tools for interpreting design mockups.
• Ability to write clean, well-structured, and maintainable code.
• Experience with Git or other version control systems.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Basic knowledge of React.js or other frontend frameworks.
• Experience with SASS/SCSS or other CSS preprocessors.
• Exposure to WordPress or CMS-based design is a plus.
• Knowledge of animation libraries like AOS, GSAP, or similar.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
