Web Designer

We are seeking a creative problem-solver and strategic thinker who specializes in design, user experience, and no-code development. If you have a passion for creating intuitive digital experiences that are not only visually appealing but also function seamlessly, and if you are enthusiastic about using tools like Webflow, Framer, and other no-code platforms, this role is tailored for you. Your responsibilities will include: UX Strategy & Experience Planning: - Defining end-to-end UX strategies that are in line with business and user objectives - Advocating for human-centered design principles across products and platforms User Research & Insight-Driven Design: - Leading qualitative and quantitative research initiatives - Utilizing data to make design decisions that enhance usability and engagement Mapping the User Journey: - Creating journey maps, user flows, and empathy maps - Visualizing service ecosystems and digital touchpoints throughout the user lifecycle Architecture & Interaction Design: - Defining content structure, navigation, and feature hierarchies - Collaborating with UI/UX teams to develop wireframes and prototypes Cross-functional Collaboration: - Working closely with stakeholders, developers, and creatives to bring concepts to fruition - Aligning UX objectives with business requirements and technical feasibility Audit & Iterate: - Conducting usability testing and audits on live platforms - Providing recommendations for enhancements to improve conversion rates, retention, and user satisfaction Lead & Mentor: - Mentoring junior designers and contributing to the advancement of the team's UX maturity and culture Qualifications: - 4+ years of experience in UX design, research, or strategic roles - A robust portfolio showcasing real-world UX strategy case studies - Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Miro, Adobe XD, Maze, and similar platforms - Familiarity with Webflow, Framer, or other contemporary no-code tools - Comprehensive knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design principles - Excellent communication, facilitation, and storytelling abilities - Bonus: Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and familiarity with development handoffs Join our team if you are passionate about shaping digital experiences that impact brand perception, product usage, and storytelling.
