Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer with 1 to 3 years of experience to design and enhance visually appealing, user-friendly websites. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of UI/UX principles, be proficient in design tools, and have a passion for creating responsive and engaging web designs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop website layouts, user interfaces, and page templates using modern design tools.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups based on project requirements.
• Ensure responsive design and browser compatibility across multiple devices and platforms.
• Collaborate with developers to implement designs using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Design and optimize graphics, images, and other multimedia content for the web.
• Conduct usability testing to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Stay updated with the latest web design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Work closely with content writers, developers, and marketing teams to align design with business goals.
• Test and troubleshoot design elements for any technical or visual issues.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in designing for e-commerce or CMS platforms like WordPress or Shopify.
• Knowledge of SEO and web performance optimization techniques.
• Understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Animation or motion graphics experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in web design or a similar role.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or Sketch.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for design implementation.
• Familiarity with responsive design principles and frameworks like Bootstrap.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and web design best practices.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and creativity with a problem-solving mindset.
