We are a tech company working on Data, Cloud platforms and AI and we know that a great website / product is more than just flawless code it is about the feeling, the journey, and the connection it creates with our users. We are looking for the creative soul who will give our brand its digital flavor.

The Opportunity:

We are not looking for a typical designer or a siloed developer. We are searching for a visionary who can immerse themselves in our brand, conceptualize a mind-blowing digital experience, and then bring that vision to life with their own hands through elegant front-end code and captivating animations.

You are not just a designer who hands off static Figma files, and you are not just a developer who implements someone else's vision. You are the visionary. You will be responsible for understanding the soul of our brand and translating it into a living, breathing, interactive web experience that captivates users from the first click.

You will own the entire front-end "feel," from conceptual mockups and user journey mapping to writing the final, polished code with the modern, fluid animations that bring it all to life.

The Responsibilities:

1. Brand & Visual Strategy (The Visionary)

• Dive deep into our brand's core values, mission, and target audience to develop a unique and compelling visual language.
• Translate abstract business goals into tangible design concepts, mood boards, and style guides.
• Lead the creative process from ideation to execution, ensuring a cohesive and premium brand experience across our entire web presence.

2. UX/UI & Web Design (The Architect)

• Design and map out the entire user journey, creating intuitive wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes that prioritize a seamless user experience.
• Craft pixel-perfect, visually stunning user interfaces (UI) that are both beautiful and highly functional, using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Design a responsive web experience that feels native and flawless across all devices, from mobile screens to 4K monitors.

3. Front-End Development & Animation (The Builder)

• Translate your final designs into clean, semantic, and high-performance front-end code using HTML5, CSS3 (Sass/SCSS), and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Implement fluid, sophisticated animations and micro-interactions that enhance the user experience, not distract from it. We're looking for expertise in libraries like GSAP (GreenSock), Framer Motion, or similar animation engines.
• Ensure your code is optimized for performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.

Who You Are (Our Ideal Candidate)

• A Proven Portfolio because it is your resume. It must showcase visually-driven websites with exceptional attention to detail, creative flair, and modern animations. Please include links to live projects.
• You are genuinely passionate and skilled in both visual design and front-end development. You don't see them as separate jobs, but as two sides of the same coin.
• Expert-level proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma is preferred).
• Deep expertise in front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.
• Demonstrable experience creating complex animations with GSAP, Framer Motion, Three.js, or pure CSS.
• A strong understanding of UX principles, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
