Key Responsibilities

• Write clear and concise content for product pages, feature descriptions, in-app content, and landing pages
• Create product-related marketing content such as blogs, email campaigns, brochures, and release notes
• Understand product functionality and user needs to craft benefit-driven content
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to ensure content accuracy and consistency
• Maintain brand voice and tone across all product communications
• Edit and proofread content to ensure high quality, clarity, and correctness
• Optimize content for SEO and user engagement where applicable

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a content writer, preferably in product or tech-based content
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Ability to simplify technical or complex concepts into user-friendly language
• Basic understanding of digital products, SaaS, or technology
• Familiarity with SEO writing principles is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
