Description
As a Web Consultant for the Australian market, you’ll be responsible for identifying leads, consulting clients on website and digital solutions, pitching tailored services, and closing deals. You’ll serve as a key bridge between our creative/tech teams and the client’s business needs. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new business opportunities in the Australian market. Communicate with prospective clients via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other platforms. Understand client requirements and suggest suitable web development solutions (corporate sites, e-commerce, landing pages, etc.). Provide web consultation with clarity on design, development, content strategy, and performance tracking. Coordinate with the internal design and development team to ensure smooth project handover and execution. Follow up regularly with leads and maintain a CRM of client communication. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in B2B web or digital solution sales (preferably in international markets like Australia). Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) with neutral/accented English. Strong understanding of website development, UX/UI trends, and CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, etc. Prior experience in cold calling, lead generation, and sales closing. Comfortable working across different time zones, especially AEST. Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven. Prior experience in working with Australian clients or agencies. Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, or other digital marketing tools.
