Web Consultant

CodeBuzzers Technologies, a premier web design and digital marketing agency in Kolkata, is seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team. We are looking for experienced candidates to engage in outbound sales calls and drive the sales process for our website services. This role requires impeccable English communication skills and a strong desire to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Calls: Proactively initiate outbound calls to prospective clients in the UK and Australia, effectively presenting our suite of products and services.
• Product Knowledge: Gain comprehensive understanding of our offerings to clearly and accurately convey product features and benefits to potential customers.
• Lead Qualification: Assess and qualify leads by understanding their needs, and proposing tailored solutions through our services.
• Sales Pitch: Craft and deliver persuasive sales pitches to hesitant leads, turning prospects into satisfied clients.
• Follow-Up Strategies: Develop and implement effective follow-up strategies to engage potential clients and close sales.
• Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong, long-term relationships with clients through strategic interaction and personalized service.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and develop innovative strategies for achieving company sales objectives.

Qualifications:

• Excellent Communication Skills: Exceptional English communication skills are essential, both verbal and written.
• Sales Experience: Previous experience in telemarketing or the sales process is advantageous, but not mandatory.
• Technical Aptitude: Ability to understand and articulate technical aspects of our products and services.
• CRM Proficiency: Basic computer skills, with experience in handling Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
• Positive Attitude: A passion for sales and a positive, proactive attitude are crucial.
