Web and Ads Manager

As a Website & Ads Manager at one of India's leading fitness brands, you will play a crucial role in enhancing online platforms, driving traffic, and supporting overall business growth. Your responsibilities will include: - **Website Management**: - Manage, update, and optimize company websites on Shopify and WordPress platforms. - Ensure a smooth user experience, fast loading speed, and mobile responsiveness. - Implement SEO best practices for on-page, off-page, and technical optimizations. - Utilize your knowledge of developing languages and designing software for functionality upgrades and improvements. - **Digital Advertising & Campaigns**: - Plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram), YouTube Ads, and Google Ads. - Monitor and adjust campaigns to maximize ROI. - Analyze and report on ad performance, providing actionable insights. - **SEO & Content Optimization**: - Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis. - Monitor organic traffic growth and improve search engine rankings. - Maintain blogs and implement strategies for smooth functionality in terms of UI/UX. - **Analytics & Reporting**: - Track performance across multiple platforms using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and YouTube Studio. - Provide regular performance reports and recommend improvements. - **Graphics & Creatives**: - Design and edit basic creatives for ads and website use using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or similar. - Collaborate with creative/design teams for advanced requirements. **Requirements**: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, IT, or related field. - 2-3 years of proven experience in website handling and digital ads management. - Hands-on experience with Shopify & WordPress. - Strong knowledge of SEO tools such as SEMRush, Ahrefs, and Google Search Console. - Proven track record in managing Meta Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads campaigns. - Basic knowledge of graphic tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator. - Knowledge of developing languages to ensure functionality upgrades. - Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation skills. - Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
