Key Responsibilities

• Support the migration of existing Adobe Launch tracking logic to GTM across clients

multiple domains.

• Implement and validate GA4 event tracking and configurations via GTM for all properties.
• Set up and test media and marketing pixels (Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads, Floodlight, etc.) as per campaign requirements.
• Collaborate with analytics and marketing teams to validate data layer specifications and tagging standards.
• Identify and handle platform-specific nuances related to tracking in a Contentful-based CMS environment.
• Ensure all tags follow established data governance and privacy policies.
• Troubleshoot and QA tag firing, event triggers, and parameter mappings using browser dev tools.
• Support ad hoc instrumentation needs during the migration period.
• Communicate implementation status, blockers, and risks with stakeholders.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• 3-5 years of experience implementing web analytics and marketing tags using Google Tag.
• Strong understanding of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) event model and parameters.
• Experience with media pixel tagging (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Floodlight, etc.).
• Proficiency with browser developer tools and debugging GTM containers.
• Familiarity with data layers for dynamic CMS-based websites.
• Ability to read, understand, and modify JavaScript snippets for tag configurations.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with Adobe Launch to GTM migrations.
• Familiarity with Contentful CMS and headless CMS environments.
• Experience with automotive, enterprise, or global-scale websites.
• Understanding of privacy-compliant tagging setups (e.g., OneTrust).
• Exposure to tag QA tools like ObservePoint, TagDebugger, etc.
