We are looking for a seasoned Google Ads Expert with 6-7 years of hands-on experience in managing, optimising, and scaling high-performance ad campaigns. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker and data-driven marketer who can deliver measurable ROI through smart ad spend management and continuous optimisation. Key Responsibilities Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, Video, Performance Max). Conduct detailed keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis. Develop compelling ad copy and creatives in collaboration with the content/design team. Optimize campaigns regularly to improve CTR, conversion rates, quality score, and ROI. Set up and track performance through Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other relevant tools. A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies to drive continuous improvement. Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance and present detailed reporting and insights. Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of ad spend. Stay up-to-date with Google Ads updates, trends, and industry best practices. Required Skills and Qualifications 6-7 years of professional experience in Google Ads/Paid Search marketing. Proven track record of managing and optimizing budgets of [60lacs/month or more] on search. Deep understanding of the Google Ads platform, including manual/advanced bidding strategies and automation. Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Data Studio, and SEMrush or Ahrefs. Strong analytical skills; ability to interpret data and turn insights into action. Experience with conversion tracking and lead generation funnels. Google Ads Certification is preferred. Preferred Qualifications Experience in managing campaigns for [industry-specific experience, e.g., e-commerce, B2B SaaS]. Familiarity with landing page CRO and UX optimization. Working knowledge of Facebook Ads or other PPC platforms is a plus. Experience with scripts or automation tools for campaign management.
