Job Description: At Shriram Life Insurance, your role as an Annuity Sales Representative will involve promoting and selling annuity products to potential clients. You will need to leverage your knowledge of financial products, particularly annuities, to assess clients" needs and recommend suitable solutions. Your strong communication skills, deep understanding of financial markets, and ability to establish and nurture client relationships will be crucial for success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with potential clients to understand their financial goals and objectives, and educate them on the features and benefits of annuity products. - Identify sales opportunities based on clients" financial profiles and investment preferences, present annuity options, and recommend products that meet clients" needs. - Manage long-term relationships with clients through personalized service and ongoing support, addressing any concerns or queries related to their annuity investments. - Ensure compliance with all regulations and guidelines governing the sale of annuity products, following industry standards and company policies for transparent client interactions. - Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes in the annuity industry to adapt sales strategies and effectively position the company's products. - Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately for annuity sales transactions, maintaining regulatory compliance. - Track sales performance metrics like conversion rates and revenue targets, taking proactive steps to achieve sales goals and maximize revenue opportunities. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field (preferred). - Previous experience in sales or financial services, with a focus on annuity products. - Strong understanding of annuities, including different types, features, and tax implications. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships. - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.,
