Mandatory Requirements:

Strong
Techno-Functional
experience in
Oracle Fusion Order Management (OM)
and
Backlog Management (BLM)
Oracle Fusion Certification
must be valid (OM or SCM Cloud)
Minimum
5+ years
of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion OM, Order Promising, and BLM
Sound knowledge of
sales order lifecycle
,
RMA workflows
,
fulfillment
, and
backlog prioritization
Experience working with
cross-functional global teams
Comfortable working during
Israel business hours
, with flexibility for
quarter-end pressures

Preferred:

Experience with Oracle RMA workflows and sales support automation
Exposure to FinTech or HealthTech environments is a plus
Prior experience supporting global rollout or localization scenarios

Key Responsibilities:

Provide functional and/or technical support for Oracle Fusion Order Management and BLM modules
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Support, IT) to address backlog, RMA, and order promising issues
Manage quarter-end workload surges and ensure prioritization of critical deliverables
Identify gaps in existing processes and propose system enhancements or automation opportunities
Work with cross-functional SMEs and project managers for escalations, resource planning, and handoffs
