Receiving & purchasing all material (perishable items/Grocery/Bakery/Chicken/Fish/Eggs/Non Food item)
& keeping records & Checking their expiry date /Quality /Standard & temperature.
2. Collecting cash sales of daily operation and keeping their records.
3. Daily Updating of store drive system
4. Updating daily Store Checklist
5. Getting material Shorting & Cleaning from MPW staff
6. Handling Petty cash & Cash Sale and keeping records
7. Issuing Daily Kitchen / IPD & Caf Store Indent
8. I do daily sanitization in the store area
9. Sending vendor invoice scan copy to SSC team 3 times a week
10. Taking store inventory 3 times a month
11. Sending Daily updated cash sale to Finance team (Mr. Vinod VEDPATHAK)
12. If there is any emergency requirement for operation, the site manager will get approval and purchase from outside.
13. Alternate day makes a cash deposit in the bank
14. DFC & FLASH report send to Site Manager 3 times a month
15. Updating Estimated/Budget/Actual count in system each month
