Beverage preparation: Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including specialty coffee drinks, espresso, teas, and smoothies, following specific recipes and standards. Customer service: Greet customers warmly, take orders, provide menu recommendations, and handle customer inquiries and issues to ensure satisfaction. Cash handling: Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system, accurately process payments (cash, credit, digital), and provide correct change. Workstation maintenance: Keep the work area, including counters, equipment, and seating areas, clean, sanitary, and organized. Equipment operation: Operate and maintain coffee equipment such as espresso machines, grinders, and brewers. Inventory and restocking: Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies like coffee beans, milk, cups, and pastries as needed. Team collaboration: Work with other team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service. Health and safety: Adhere to all health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
