We are seeking a highly skilled SCCM and Intune Administrator with 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, deploying, maintaining, and optimizing enterprise device management solutions using Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) and Microsoft Intune. A strong emphasis is placed on automation, scripting, and driving efficiency through innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

SCCM Administration:

Manage software distribution, patch management, OS deployment (OSD), and application packaging using SCCM. Maintain and enhance SCCM infrastructure (including Distribution Points, Management Points, and SUP). Create and maintain task sequences for Windows imaging and upgrades. Intune Administration: Deploy and manage mobile devices and Windows endpoints using Intune. Configure and maintain compliance policies, configuration profiles, and app deployments. Integrate Intune with Azure Active Directory and other Microsoft 365 services. Automation and Scripting: Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell to improve deployment, reporting, and administrative tasks. Implement automation for software updates, provisioning, and compliance checks. Create dashboards and reports for patch compliance, device status, and application deployment.

Monitoring & Troubleshooting:

Proactively monitor systems and endpoints to ensure health and compliance. Troubleshoot issues related to client agents, patching, and application deployments. Collaborate with support teams to resolve incidents and root cause analysis. Documentation & Best Practices: Maintain up-to-date documentation for SCCM/Intune environments and procedures. Develop standard operating procedures and configuration guidelines. Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices in endpoint management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
5 to 7 years of proven experience in SCCM and Intune administration. Strong expertise in: Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM) Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Manager) PowerShell and automation techniques Windows OS deployment and lifecycle management Solid understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy, Azure AD, and Microsoft 365. Experience with patch management for Windows and third-party applications. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment. Preferred Qualifications

Microsoft certifications such as:
Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate Experience with Co-management (SCCM + Intune integration). Familiarity with third-party patch management tools and reporting platforms like Power BI. Knowledge of compliance and security standards related to endpoint management.
