Job Description

Salesforce Analyst

We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and a desire to keep learning. The Salesforce Analyst should be comfortable liaising with users and enjoy learning new business processes in order to translate them into technical solutions.

Responsibilities:

Identify and gather requirements from users and stakeholders
Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flows, Fields, Lightning Pages, record types, custom settings, dashboards and reports
Integrating Salesforce with our all our other platforms/applications

Requirements:

Salesforce product knowledge and 12 months hands-on administration experience with Service Cloud and Lightning.
Trailhead Badges/Super Badges

Required Skills

A proactive attitude to platform enhancements
A desire to implement best practice solutions
Available and responsive to questions
Excellent relationship-building skills and ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
Gathering requirements and proposing technical solutions
Enabling Users
Full understanding of the relationship between Salesforce objects and the processes that automates their updates/creation
Experience working with Flow
Experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes including (but not limited to): Flows, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards and reports
