Job Summary:

SAP Project System (PS) Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and implement SAP Project System (PS) module according to business requirements
• Manage integration of SAP PS with other modules like FI/CO, MM, SD, and PM
• Handle complete project lifecycle management including project definition, WBS (Work Breakdown Structure), networks, activities, milestones, and costing
• Support project budgeting, planning, and actual cost tracking
• Create and manage project templates and standard structures
• Handle revenue planning, billing, settlements, and resource planning in PS
• Provide end-user support, conduct training, and prepare documentation
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and assist with user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide effective solutions
• Involve in data migration and cutover activities during SAP rollouts or upgrades

Required Skills:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in

  SAP PS module implementation and support

• Strong knowledge of

  WBS elements, Networks, Activities, Costing, and Settlement

• Experience with

  SAP FICO integration

  for project accounting
• Good understanding of

  project structuring, planning, budgeting, and forecasting

• Working experience in

  end-to-end SAP PS implementations or rollouts

• Familiarity with

  data migration tools

  (LSMW, BAPIs)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and documentation skills
