Work Location & Travel Expectations:

• If US-based:

• 50% onsite (alternating weeks with the customer)
• Onsite Schedule:
• Monday: Arrive before Noon
• Tuesday & Wednesday: Full Day
• Thursday: Depart after Lunch

• If outside the US:____

• 100% Remote
• Must be available during

Project Overview:

Upstream Finance Workstream

Responsibilities:

1. Create and maintain

   Functional Design Documents

   for customizations and developments within PSA modules.
2. Provide expert guidance on

   SAP Best Practices

   for PSA-related business processes and end-to-end process design.
3. Perform

   build and unit testing

   of the PSA solution.
4. Collaborate with teams managing

   testing, data, training, and change management

   to support solution delivery.
5. Align with

   Exxon workstream leads

   and

   Polaris Release Management

   for planning and execution of Program Increment Features and User Stories.
6. Prepare complete and detailed

   User Stories

   with pre-work for all in-scope features.
7. Proactively mitigate risks by working closely with

   SAP product teams and support

   for co-engineering opportunities.
8. Support

   functional and development teams

   in timely issue resolution.
9. Assist in

   cutover and deployment activities

   for Deployment 2 – Release 1 and Release 2.
10. Provide

    Hypercare support

    post-deployment.
11. Escalate issues appropriately and timely when required.
12. Ensure smooth

    knowledge transfer

    to the customer for long-term ownership.
