Role & responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.
• Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines,and policies.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, system updates, and company policies.
• Contribute to team efforts by achieving individual and team targets.
• Gather customer feedback and share it with relevant departments for continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
• Proficiency in MS Office and/or customer support software.
• Language :English +(Kannada/Hindi /Bengali/Odiya)

• Work Location:

  [MRC Nagar] (Work from Office)

• Work Days:

  6 Days a Week | No Night Shifts
