Role & responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person. Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, and follow up to ensure resolution. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. Follow communication procedures, guidelines,and policies. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams. Stay updated on product knowledge, system updates, and company policies. Contribute to team efforts by achieving individual and team targets. Gather customer feedback and share it with relevant departments for continuous improvement. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative. Proficiency in MS Office and/or customer support software.
