Roles & Responsibilities

Customer Support Executive

  • Handle customer calls, emails, and chat support
  • Provide accurate information about services and resolve queries
  • Log customer issues and escalate to the concerned department
  • Maintain customer satisfaction and follow service standards
  • Update customer details in CRM/portal
  • Follow communication guidelines and company SOPs
  • Ensure timely follow-up until issue resolution

Back-end Operations Executive

  • Handle data entry, document verification, and record management
  • Process customer requests as per defined workflow
  • Maintain accuracy and completeness of data
  • Coordinate with internal teams for approvals and updates
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports
  • Ensure confidentiality of documents and customer information

Field Support (If Applicable)

  • Coordinate pickups/deliveries as per schedule
  • Support on-ground operations and customer visits
  • Verify documents and collect signatures if required
  • Maintain proper reporting to the supervisor
