WASHING SUPERVISOR

Key Responsibilities Staff Management: Train, mentor, and supervise car washing and detailing staff, assigning tasks, managing schedules, and conducting performance evaluations. Quality Control: Inspect washed and detailed vehicles to ensure they meet the dealership's standards for cleanliness, presentation, and safety. Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the regular maintenance, cleaning, and repair of car washing equipment and tools to ensure they are in good working order. Inventory Management: Monitor and manage the stock of supplies, such as detergents, waxes, and detailing products, ordering new supplies as needed. Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and complaints professionally, working to resolve any issues to ensure high customer satisfaction. Operations Oversight: Ensure the efficient and effective delivery of car washing and detailing services, often by supervising the workflow and maintaining operational standards. Safety & Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all health and safety regulations are followed and all equipment is safe for use. Administrative Duties: Perform administrative tasks such as keeping records of daily operations, supplies used, and potentially preparing reports on performance or financial data. Skills and Qualifications Leadership and Communication: Strong skills to lead and motivate a team. Customer Service Experience: Ability to handle customer interactions and resolve issues effectively. Mechanical Aptitude: Knowledge of facility equipment and basic maintenance. Organizational Skills: To manage staff, inventory, and daily operations efficiently. Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: To handle the demands of a busy car dealership.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
