Provide 24x7 production support for applications and middleware hosted on Linux, WAS, and FileNet platforms.
Perform daily health checks of Linux servers, WebSphere environments, and FileNet repositories.
Troubleshoot issues related to application server performance, deployments, JVM, clustering, and connectivity.
Administer and support IBM FileNet (installation, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting).
Execute and optimize SQL queries; assist with database performance monitoring.
Collaborate with development teams for application deployments, upgrades, and fixes.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and ensure preventive measures for recurring issues.
Document troubleshooting procedures, SOPs, and technical knowledge base.
