Warehouse Supervisor

Role Overview: You will work closely with the packaging team to implement standard packaging practices and achieve daily packaging and dispatch plans as per allocated workload. It is essential to maintain Hitachi Safety and Quality standards during assembly and ensure compliance with safety guidelines and procedures. Your responsibilities will include independently handling the entire packaging and logistics process, coordinating with cross-functional teams for timely issue resolution, and implementing best practices such as loading and container stuffing. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure Group and local health, safety, and environmental guidelines are implemented and understood for the safety of people and resources - Manage or perform work associated with improving packaging and logistics processes - Set goals and objectives for team members to achieve operational results - Supervise packaging team activities, ensuring policies, practices, and procedures are followed - Develop and maintain packaging production schedules to meet customer demands - Implement process improvements to enhance packaging efficiency - Coordinate with cross-functional teams for issue resolution and best practice implementation - Train, guide, and evaluate packaging employees - Review and implement ABRA & SOP for Stores & Packaging Function - Responsible for 5S and safety in the packaging and dispatch function - Ensure compliance with external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines - Live Hitachi Energy's core values of safety and integrity Qualifications Required: - Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with first class (above 60%) - 2 to 5 years of professional work experience in Packaging & Dispatch - Working knowledge of SAP - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong problem-solving skills - Proficiency in both spoken and written English language (Note: The additional details of the company were not present in the provided job description.),
