Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Oversee daily warehouse operations including inbound, storage, order processing,

outbound dispatch.

Ensure accurate stock management through ERP (SAP) and regular cycle counts.
Plan manpower allocation and supervise warehouse staff for efficient operations.
Maintain compliance with company SOPs, safety standards, and 5S principles.
Coordinate with clients, transporters, and internal teams for smooth logistics flow.
Monitor KPI performance such as order accuracy, turnaround time, and inventory
accuracy.
Handle escalation of operational issues and implement corrective actions.
Ensure timely documentation, GRN (Goods Receipt Note) posting, and shipment
updates in ERP.
Optimize warehouse space utilization and implement cost-saving measures.
Conduct periodic training for warehouse staff on process and safety.

Preferred candidate profile

Any graduate with 3 to 5 years relevant expereince in Third Party Logistics, proficient in IT & floor operations.
