Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in Kharkhoda, Sonipat/Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 2-8 years of experience in warehouse management, logistics, or a related field.

Roles and Responsibility

Ensure zero safety incidents on site and implement measures to prevent accidents.
Plan, handle, and map manpower effectively to achieve daily goals.
Efficiently utilize and motivate the team to maximize productivity.
Manage inventory and ensure consumable stock availability weekly.
Develop countermeasures and conduct 5W analysis to identify root causes of problems.
Train new employees on safety, quality, company policies, discipline, and core job functions.
Create SAP/MIS/GRN systems for data processing, management, and goods received notes.
Plan and execute packing, receiving, and dispatch activities, providing on-the-job and off-the-job training to new employees.
Handle cases and train container loading, ensuring completion of production as per daily plans and adherence to empty dispatch.
Maintain a 5S environment and develop skill matrices through training.

Job Requirements

A graduate or master's degree in SCM or an equivalent qualification is required.
Possess strong knowledge of SAP 9 (WMS & MM) and cargo-wise software.
Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Be adept at analyzing problems and identifying root causes.
Experience in manpower handling, Oracle Inventory, and shop floor management is preferred.
