Position Overview

The Warehouse Packaging and Supplies Executive plays a critical role in managing and maintaining inventory levels of packaging materials and supplies required for the seamless manufacturing and dispatch of products This role ensures the efficient handling, storage, and flow of goods within the warehouse while working closely with the production and procurement teams to meet daily operational goals

Key Responsibilities

Monitor inventory levels of packaging materials (bottles, tubes, cartons, labels, etc) and replenish stock as needed Coordinate the receipt, inspection, and storage of incoming packaging supplies Maintain accurate records of stock movement and report discrepancies Ensure proper labeling, segregation, and handling of packaging materials Collaborate with production, procurement, and QC teams to ensure packaging readiness Perform regular stock audits and generate reports Enforce compliance with safety and hygiene standards within the warehouse Optimize space utilization and ensure FIFO/LIFO practices where applicable Assist in packaging trials and sampling requirements for new product development Identify and implement process improvements for better inventory and packaging material management

Hard Skills:

Proficiency in inventory management systems or ERP software Understanding of packaging materials and warehousing best practices Knowledge of safety and regulatory standards in manufacturing and warehousing Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Email communication)

Soft Skills:

Attention to detail and organizational skills Strong communication and coordination abilities Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work under tight deadlines Team player with a proactive attitude and accountability

Key Skills:

Store management, Raw Material, Packaging Material, Inventory, Stock Handling

Education:

Any Bachelor s degree

Preferred Experience:

2-4 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in cosmetics, personal care, or pharmaceutical industries Experience working with packaging materials and manufacturing supply chains
