● Manage end-to-end B2B order processing for e-commerce and distribution channel partners.
● Receive and verify Purchase Orders (POs) from channel partners and update internal trackers.
● Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely pick, pack, and dispatch of B2B orders.
● Schedule delivery appointments with partner warehouses and ensure adherence to delivery timelines.
● Handle documentation including invoices, packing lists, and E-way bills for B2B dispatches.
● Track shipments and provide real-time updates to internal teams and partners.
● Maintain records of dispatches, returns, and delivery performance.
● 3–5 years of experience in B2B operations in an e-commerce or FMCG company.
● Strong coordination skills for working with warehouses, transporters, and channel partners.
● Understanding of PO lifecycle, dispatch documentation, and appointment scheduling.
● Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets and order management tools.
● Good communication skills and process-oriented mindset.
