Job Title: Warehouse Manager – E-commerce (Male) Location: Ravki, Rajkot, Gujarat Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 (Based on experience and skillset) ⸻ About the Role: We are looking for a mature and responsible Warehouse Manager (Male) for our e-commerce warehouse located in Rauki, Rajkot. The ideal candidate should be experienced, confident, and capable of handling day-to-day operations smoothly while leading a team of 40-50 warehouse staff. ⸻ Key Responsibilities: • Oversee overall warehouse operations and daily workflow • Manage and monitor a team of 40-50 warehouse staff • Maintain stock records and ensure accuracy in inventory management • Ensure smooth order dispatches, returns, and sorting of products • Take work output efficiently and respectfully from the staff • Maintain discipline and team coordination • Handle daily challenges calmly and professionally • Coordinate with management for planning and reporting ⸻ Requirements: • Gender: Male • Age: 25 to 40 years • Language Skills: Fluent in Gujarati, Hindi, and English • Experience: Prior experience in warehouse/e-commerce operations preferred • Should have excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills • Must be mature, calm, and team-oriented • Should be able to work from the warehouse daily ⸻ Perks: • Stable and growing work environment • Competitive salary based on skills and experience • Opportunity to work with a fast-growing e-commerce brand Timings -9 Am to 7 Pm
