We’re looking for an experienced Travel Operations Executive to handle end-to-end travel planning and operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with creating custom itineraries, handling FIT (Free Independent Traveller) bookings, coordinating with hotels/suppliers, negotiating rates, and managing all travel-related tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Create customized domestic & international travel itineraries based on client needs Design FIT travel packages with attention to detail and cost efficiency Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, and local suppliers for bookings Send professional emails and requests to suppliers for rates and availability Negotiate and bargain with vendors for best prices Maintain clear communication with clients regarding itinerary, updates, and confirmations Ensure smooth execution of travel plans and handle last-minute changes if any Maintain documentation and manage travel booking systems or Excel sheets Requirements Experience in a travel agency or DMC operations Strong knowledge of travel destinations, hotels, and suppliers Good communication and email writing skills Confident in negotiating with vendors and suppliers Basic proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email tools
