What You'll Do (Job Role)

• Maintain receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational procedures.
• To ensure warehousing procedures are in place for smooth transactions
• To ensure safe and efficient receipt, storage and despatch of warehoused goods.
• To ensure inventory accuracy within the prescribed limits
• Establish FIFO controls on the issue and receipt of materials
• Ensure the continuity of production by providing production kits on time.
• Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
• Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.
• Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts
• Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
• Maintains warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
• sales volume & margins.
• Prepare annual budgets.

Who You Are:

Graduate with any discipline with 15 years of experience in warehouse of EMS industry.
