Position Overview

Warehouse Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all warehouse functions including receiving, storage, and distribution.
• Enforce operational procedures and safety protocols.
• Monitor warehouse security and sanitation.
• Manage warehouse team, vehicles, and equipment usage.
• Maintain accurate inventory and warehouse activity records.
• Ensure the physical condition and tracking of fleet vehicles.
• Provide hands-on support for deliveries as required.
• Motivate, coach, and discipline team members to ensure optimal performance.
  

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in warehouse management.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and warehouse processes.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate forklifts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and warehouse software systems.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Willingness to work flexible or extended hours as needed.
