IT Infrastructure Manager

• Design, implement, and manage IT infrastructure systems, including networks, servers, storage, and security.
• Ensure high availability and optimal performance of IT systems and services.
• Lead IT infrastructure projects, including upgrades, migrations, and disaster recovery planning.
• Monitor and manage system performance, security, and capacity.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for hardware, software, and support services.
• Establish IT policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Manage and mentor the IT infrastructure team to deliver reliable technical support.
• Respond to incidents and outages swiftly to minimize downtime.
  

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in IT infrastructure management or similar role.
• Strong technical knowledge in network administration, system architecture, cloud solutions, and cybersecurity.
• Experience with Windows/Linux servers, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), storage solutions, and firewalls.
• Proficient in IT monitoring tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent problem-solving, project management, and leadership skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, MCSE, or AWS/Azure certifications are an advantage.
• Willingness to work flexible or extended hours as required.
