About the Role

At Ekart our continuous endeavor is to provide high quality experience to the customers by increasing

operational excellence. The purpose of this job role is to lead the mother hub operations through planning, organizing, controlling, coordinating and coaching. The standard operating procedures are adhered to at all times.

You are responsible for:

1. Plan, develop, organize and manage end to end activities of department
2. Ensure timely processing of all inbound and outbound activities
3. Ensures the highest degree of efficiency is maintained at all times.
4. Supervises and monitors the performance of employees to ensure standard practices
5. proper care of using the equipment, materials and supplies in the warehouse
6. Supervise the distribution flow, and the transportation activities
7. Provide on-the- job training to warehouse staff.
8. Manage warehouse accuracy via planned cycle count, monthly warehouse reconciliation, analysis and related reports
9. Monitor and track warehouse and administrative costs associated with their assigned responsibilities.
10. Capable to handle facility and manpower alone
11. Report making CUP/CPK/CPS, Speed/Cost/Reliability.

What you will need

• B-tech/MBA (Preferred – candidates from Tier II/III MBA institutes)
• 4+ years of experience in Courier/Supply Chain/Warehousing/Logistics Operations
• Should have managed a large team of Off rolls & Onrolls
• Experience in the Sort center is preferred
• Having strong knowledge of operational issues. High level of accountability and responsibility.
• Strong People Orientation and skills to manage a large team
