Relevant experience(experience in nutraceutical/health supplements/Infant cereal will be preferred. Possessing technical knowledge and be adapting at all phases of the manufacturing processes. Ability to lead and drive continuous improvement. Experience in directing and supervising production workers. Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of human relations skills, principles and team building processes. Able to work a flexible schedule. Should have basic awareness on current and future trends in manufacturing.. Should have basic knowledge on FSSC, ISO, HACCP, BRC, BIS & FSSAI requirements. Strong reporting skills. Recognizes problems and takes appropriate corrective action. Responsible for analysis of raw materials, ingredient, finished product and research products with highest quality data possible, maintain compliance with applicable internal / external quality and regulatory requirement and adopting best industry practices. DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES: Performs laboratory testing (Microbial limit test of raw material, finished products stability samples, swab analysis, environmental monitoring and Documentation. Prepares Cultures/Subcultures, standards and media; calibrates and operates microbiology equipment and document those. Performs routine calibration and performance verification of microbiology lab equipment and instrumentation. Provides input on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Test Methods and other relevant laboratory documents. Participate in investigations, address Out of Specifications (OOS), resolve deviations and implement CAPA with general supervision. Comply with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP). Documents data in lab notebook and follow basic cGMP guidelines.
