Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Production planning and control:
Develop and implement production schedules, manage workflows, and oversee daily operations to meet targets and objectives.
Team management:
Lead, motivate, and train production teams, while also monitoring their performance and holding meetings to discuss status and resolve issues.
Quality and safety:
Ensure all production activities comply with safety regulations and industry standards, and implement quality control measures to maintain product consistency.
Resource and inventory management:
Monitor inventory levels to ensure timely availability of raw materials and finished goods, and oversee the management of all production equipment.
Budget management:
Control production costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction, ensuring all activities stay within the allocated budget.
Maintenance:
Schedule and oversee the maintenance and repair of production equipment and facilities.
Compliance:
Ensure all processes are properly documented and adhere to relevant standards and regulations.

Preferred candidate profile

BSc in any specialization, Experience in Food industry is preferred.
