Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, stock control, and order fulfillment.
Maintain accurate records of stock levels, deliveries, and shipments.
Ensure the warehouse operates efficiently and complies with safety regulations.
Plan and coordinate logistics to optimize storage space and streamline processes.
Supervise and train warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and standards.
Conduct routine inspections to maintain cleanliness, organization, and equipment functionality.
Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to forecast inventory requirements.
Monitor and reduce inventory discrepancies and wastage.

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience (3-5 years) in warehouse management or logistics.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in inventory management software and tools.
Leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations in warehouse operations.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
